Book Group Meeting

The book discussion group will meet next on Wednesday August 15 at 3:00. We are reading Alexander McCall Smith's The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency. Set in Botswana , this is the first in the popular series. Precious Ramotswe is the first female detective in the country. She is honest and good natured, relying on her common sense and keen observations to solve the cases brought to her. There are no bloody murders or serial killers in this delightful book, just lots of humor and likeable characters.
